I have observed many of these challenges in the work place. I don’t believe it is a lack of caring, I believe it is a lack of training!

People want to be successful in their career-no matter what that career may be. It’s important to provide the training for all employees so they know what is expected and how to deliver. (How to dress appropriately, how to address people who come into the business, how to answer the phones professionally-etc.)

I have trained many employees to successfully work as part of a time to communicate clearly and to set and achieve goals.
